A Gaucho Grills client picked up his grill and will be installing the insert into a beautiful new open counter-top installation. But they couldn’t wait to grill with it, so they improvised!

By setting up a makeshift fireplace, out of bricks. They put some fire wood under it and it is ready to start grilling!

Our clients are so creative during this time, and we love it!

Grill Season in the Air

As the weather starts warming up and the days get longer, there isn’t a better time to get your grill fired up and pop some beers in the cooler. We hope you are taking this time to enjoy family and getting some spring cleaning done, we sure are! During times like these, the best thing to do is look at the positives and be productive. So take advantage of this trying time.

Our grill production is currently on hold, but we still love to see how our clients are doing and what you have cooking on the grill! As for our future clients, we will be back in production as soon as possible, and we will get you cookin’ in no time!

Spring Cleaning: Out with the Old, In with the New!

This Gauchito (small) grill insert is retiring into a demo status. A new, and improved rev will be coming out shortly with stainless steel brasero plates and updated leg mounts.

The new grill will have the same 22 x 14” grill area, which will keep this grill a perfect little workhorse for small backyard asados.

Stay tuned for the debut, which will be perfect timing for some spring grilling!

To Brasero, or to not Brasero, that is the Question

Our Clásico grill inserts can blend right into your outdoor kitchen, but they’ll fire up nice and bright when grilling time comes! Both of these Clásico grill inserts are a  wonderful addition to an outdoor kitchen. Which you prefer depends on your available grill space, grilling style, and budget.

The two styles can be seen in the pictures below. Both custom built outdoor kitchens are equipped with a Clásico insert, one with no Brasero. The other, an outdoor kitchen in Michigan, with a Brasero!

Either way, cooking outside is the way to go!

Quality Control in Action

The final assembly of this Supremo is ready to be shipped out to Maryland next week. Several improvements needed to be made in order for this grill to be complete!

Missing fire bricks need to be cut and the front door needed repainting to fix the powder coat finish. Just like a perfectly grilled steak, sometimes perfection takes more time than expected.

Getting it done right is still the priority! Thank you to all our clients that work with us patiently to get their grills built to order.

Gauchito Grill Insert with Brasero

Pictured below is our Gauchito (small) grill insert with Brasero. The left is before packaging and shipment, the right is after it has been installed. Perfect for smaller counter-top and fireplace/chimney-top installations. With a 22” x 14” grill area and an overall width of 38.5”, the insert is easy to install, simply sitting in your hearth, resting on its leg mounts.

Introducing: the Stainless Steel Shelf

We would like to introduce the new optional stainless steel shelf for our Basico models! Shown below in the grande size, this shelf allows for storage of grilling essentials without resting them directly on the ground, allowing you to keep all your grilling needs together in one place. This model has a 41” x 22” grill area, with full stainless steel construction and a full fire brick hearth.

It is a perfect addition to any outdoor dream kitchen. Other sizes available, feel free to ask about how we can customize for your outdoor space.
