The plancha is a great addition to your Gaucho Grill! Simply remove one of your v channels and replace it with our plancha. Whether you're grilling up some smash burgers or frying up some eggs and bacon, the plancha will make it easier!
A true Argentine style grill with a crank wheel to get just the right temperature setting and the v channels to give you those beautiful grill lines. The v channels do a great job when it comes to keeping your steak cooked perfectly by reducing flare ups!
Using a skillet is a great way to cook your veggies and still get that grill taste. You can also use our plancha, which is a great addition to your Gaucho Grill, for cooking smash burgers or veggies right on the grill top!
Our Go Big grill is the Supremo! This Gaucho Grill is the best of the best, with awesome features and many options to choose from. The Supremo comes in three sizes: Grande, Gaucho, and Gauchito and five color options: black, blue, green, red, and beige.

This Gauchito (small) grill insert is retiring into a demo status. A new, and improved rev will be coming out shortly with stainless steel brasero plates and updated leg mounts.
The new grill will have the same 22 x 14” grill area, which will keep this grill a perfect little workhorse for small backyard asados.
Stay tuned for the debut, which will be perfect timing for some spring grilling!
Here is a customized Gauchito (small) grill insert with a front facing crank wheel. The crank wheel is extended forward to come out of an enclosed fireplace installation. It is a perfect addition to any outdoor BBQ.
