Grilling Lifestyle
Let's talk about grills...The Clásico insert to be exact!
Our Grills are made for all-weather durability. The entire grill frame, grill carriage, and ‘V’ groove grill plates are constructed from 304 stainless steel. The hardware used in the assembly of the grill is also 316 stainless steel.
The Brasero’s is also constructed with a stainless steel frame. The Brasero side and rear plates are heavy-duty, robust, stainless steel plates, painted in a black high-temperature powder coat finish.
Best part, they are all constructed in house right in good old Pennsylvania, USA!
Shout out to @dlibrizzi79 for this awesome video of his first asado with a whole tenderloin on his new Clásico insert with Brasero

Grilling at Home: Barry
We’ve been following Barry’s progress for a while, and now that his outdoor kitchen is done, we wanted to share. Combining all our favorite things, a gas grill (for convenience, of course), a pizza oven, and a beautiful Gaucho Grills Clasico insert, Barry has all the options.
We chatted grilling, how to keep warm while cooking outside in the winter, and even checked out the stream he built next to his grilling oasis.

Teaming up with Sette Luna Harvest Fest
We had the privilege this past weekend to have one of our Supremo Grill models shipped over to the Lehigh Valley area to be part of an event at a locals favorite Italian restaurant. Sette Luna is known for their authentic, hand-made Italian recipes that the community can’t get enough of.
This past weekend, we shipped our free-standing Supremo Model to it’s location in Easton, Pa to be a part of their annual Harvest Fest. The owner Josh Palmer, created an Italian menu featuring traditional Italian food and wine pairings.
Our grill was able to assist in the making of these meals and we have to say, it was one of the stars of the show! If you didn’t have the chance to check it out, here are some pictures that really show the grill at work.
