Twelve Days of Grilling: Day Two

On the second day of grilling, we grilled up two Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks all the way from Chicago (Merry Christmas to us!) We made sure to get the v grooves nice and hot for a quality sear!

Don't forget the melted compound butter (with rosemary and garlic) on top toward the end of grilling for additional flavor.

A New Year, New Grilling Experiences

We rang in the New Year not even a week ago, and we are already excited about what 2022 is bringing to the table! The past year we grew so much, reached our goals, and helped client’s dreams come true with new installs!

Thank you for those who joined us on that journey and welcome to the newcomers! Let’s keep grilling and chilling together.

It's All About the Wood

Let's talk about wood!

Making sure you have the right wood is an important part of the grilling process! Look for seasoned dried hardwoods, which burn hotter and last longer than softer woods such as pine. Woods like hickory, ash, beech or oak, or from fruit trees like cherry or almond are the best.

You can also add more distinct flavors by using soaked wood chips or mesquite chunks! What's your favorite wood to use for grilling?

Weekend Grillin'

We spent last weekend grilling on our Supremo…it was cold but so worth it! A weekend grill session is needed after a long week of working, where you can just sit back and relax by the grill with friends and family. In Argentina, these get togethers are called Asados, which is actually considered a traditional event.

We decided to keep this tradition alive by bringing you the Argentine styled grills to your very own backyard. Creating you dream outdoor kitchen can be your oasis from real life and have you feeling like you are on a vacation. It is important for our family to pass this tradition on to our children and their children, so the importance of relaxing and detaching from the craziness of life is understood.

At Gaucho Grills, we want you to be able to feel that when you purchase one of our grills! We put a lot of time and energy in making these grills for you, so your backyard relaxation is everything you dreamed of and more.

Keep in touch with us about how your grilling experience helps you unwind on the weekends! And keep on grillin’!

The Plancha!

A true Argentine style grill with a crank wheel to get just the right temperature setting and the v channels to give you those beautiful grill lines. The v channels do a great job when it comes to keeping your steak cooked perfectly by reducing flare ups!

Using a skillet is a great way to cook your veggies and still get that grill taste. You can also use our plancha, which is a great addition to your Gaucho Grill, for cooking smash burgers or veggies right on the grill top!

Teaming up with Sette Luna Harvest Fest

We had the privilege this past weekend to have one of our Supremo Grill models shipped over to the Lehigh Valley area to be part of an event at a locals favorite Italian restaurant. Sette Luna is known for their authentic, hand-made Italian recipes that the community can’t get enough of.

This past weekend, we shipped our free-standing Supremo Model to it’s location in Easton, Pa to be a part of their annual Harvest Fest. The owner Josh Palmer, created an Italian menu featuring traditional Italian food and wine pairings.

Our grill was able to assist in the making of these meals and we have to say, it was one of the stars of the show! If you didn’t have the chance to check it out, here are some pictures that really show the grill at work.
