The plancha is a great addition to your Gaucho Grill! Simply remove one of your v channels and replace it with our plancha. Whether you're grilling up some smash burgers or frying up some eggs and bacon, the plancha will make it easier!
Did you know? Our grills are made for all-weather durability. The entire grill frame, grill carriage, and ‘V’ channel grill plates are constructed from 304 stainless steel. Plus all of the hardware used in the assembly is constructed of 316 stainless steel.

Our winter blues has us missing summer nights grilling with family and friends. We can not wait to get back to that soon, but until then the snow continues to fall down on us in the Northeast. A true Argentine style grill with a crank wheel to get just the right temperature setting and the v channels to give you those beautiful grill lines. The v channels do a great job when it comes to keeping your steak cooked perfectly by reducing flare ups!
Using a skillet is a great way to cook your veggies and still get that grill taste. You can also use our plancha, which is a great addition to your Gaucho Grill, for cooking smash burgers or veggies right on the grill top!

With the weather starting to warm up, it is the perfect season to grill some steaks and roast some veggies in your outdoor kitchen. Let us help you with making that happen! We have some many different options to choose from, as well as custom made!
Sometimes change is good! Anything from a morning time grill session with some scrambled eggs and bacon to a night in with some beers and burgers. We got you from sun up to sun down, and everything in between.
We went full plancha on the medium sized Clásico insert to add a little extra flavor to that morning bacon! Simply remove the V channel grates and drop in your griddle plates.
A great wood-fired griddle cooking option for your Gaucho Grills insert or free standing grill.
This Gauchito (small) grill insert is retiring into a demo status. A new, and improved rev will be coming out shortly with stainless steel brasero plates and updated leg mounts.
The new grill will have the same 22 x 14” grill area, which will keep this grill a perfect little workhorse for small backyard asados.
Stay tuned for the debut, which will be perfect timing for some spring grilling!
Our Clásico grill inserts can blend right into your outdoor kitchen, but they’ll fire up nice and bright when grilling time comes! Both of these Clásico grill inserts are a wonderful addition to an outdoor kitchen. Which you prefer depends on your available grill space, grilling style, and budget.
The two styles can be seen in the pictures below. Both custom built outdoor kitchens are equipped with a Clásico insert, one with no Brasero. The other, an outdoor kitchen in Michigan, with a Brasero!
Either way, cooking outside is the way to go!
