It's the Summer Countdown!

The winter is definitely here, with the two feet of snow that just fell on us earlier this week! And might we say, the summer time is missed. However, our grills are made to grill all year long! So don’t worry about those snow flurries, because rain, snow, or shine we are ready to grill whenever.

With views like this, we can’t wait to get back to summertime grilling and chilling with friends and family…the true Argentine way! Until then, we will bundle up, weather the storm, and grill on.

The Gaucho Grills family is always growing and we couldn’t be happier. We have been working on a little project during the past couple months that we just announced on our Instagram page. Our new Lifestyle products are now available for purchase including these awesome t-shirt designs!

Weekend Grillin'

We spent last weekend grilling on our Supremo…it was cold but so worth it! A weekend grill session is needed after a long week of working, where you can just sit back and relax by the grill with friends and family. In Argentina, these get togethers are called Asados, which is actually considered a traditional event.

We decided to keep this tradition alive by bringing you the Argentine styled grills to your very own backyard. Creating you dream outdoor kitchen can be your oasis from real life and have you feeling like you are on a vacation. It is important for our family to pass this tradition on to our children and their children, so the importance of relaxing and detaching from the craziness of life is understood.

We love colors, especially when they are on one of our grills! Fall is in the air but that doesn’t mean that the grilling season is over. It just means that you will want to stand by the grill to stay warm. The colors and aromas are and added benefit to the heat you will feel from the grill.

These vegetable kabobs are a great way to grill your veggies and keep them all together! Season them up or eat them as they are, either way the taste will be amazing. Plus it makes for an awesome grill pic for Instagram!

A Gaucho Grills client picked up his grill and will be installing the insert into a beautiful new open counter-top installation. But they couldn’t wait to grill with it, so they improvised!

By setting up a makeshift fireplace, out of bricks. They put some fire wood under it and it is ready to start grilling!

Our clients are so creative during this time, and we love it!

Extra! Extra!

Introducing our new addition to our Clásico grill insert line coming out. This is our Clásico insert with fire-brick lined base. This beast can be placed on your own masonry foundation providing everything you need to start firing up your weekly asado!

Also shown below, our medium sized Básico with side brasero. It has welded Stainless steel and a fire brick construction with a 28” x 22” grill area.

Spring Cleaning: Out with the Old, In with the New!

This Gauchito (small) grill insert is retiring into a demo status. A new, and improved rev will be coming out shortly with stainless steel brasero plates and updated leg mounts.

The new grill will have the same 22 x 14” grill area, which will keep this grill a perfect little workhorse for small backyard asados.

Stay tuned for the debut, which will be perfect timing for some spring grilling!

To Brasero, or to not Brasero, that is the Question

Our Clásico grill inserts can blend right into your outdoor kitchen, but they’ll fire up nice and bright when grilling time comes! Both of these Clásico grill inserts are a  wonderful addition to an outdoor kitchen. Which you prefer depends on your available grill space, grilling style, and budget.

The two styles can be seen in the pictures below. Both custom built outdoor kitchens are equipped with a Clásico insert, one with no Brasero. The other, an outdoor kitchen in Michigan, with a Brasero!

Either way, cooking outside is the way to go!
