Sized for serious grilling without overtaking the space, this medium Argentum model includes a fully integrated side brasero, allowing you to continuously generate fresh embers while cooking live over the fire. It sits atop our 50” fire cart, fully lined in fire brick, engineered for heat retention, coal management, and durable mobility.

A simple turn of the spoked crank wheel gives you precise temperature control, raising and lowering the grill carriage smoothly over the flame. Built from premium stainless steel, every surface is designed for longevity, direct-fire handling, and authentic parrilla-style slow cooking with total control.

Argentum Grills are extremely robust and heavy. Consideration must be given for any grill movement or placement over uneven or rough terrain.
Elevated patios and decks will need proper structural support to accommodate the weight and means to get the grill into its space.
