NOTES FOR ENCLOSED INSTALLATIONS - FIREPLACE OR CHIMNEY-TOP (IMPORTANT):

In an enclosed installation such as a fireplace or chimney-top, it will be necessary to mount your temperature control crank wheel on the outside of your base opening. Our crank wheels have the ability to be mounted on the outside of your left or right side wall with the addition of our Thru-Wall Wheel Extension Kit (Link). This extension kit can be ordered in the options above.

  • Your side wall dimension will need to be provided for Gaucho Grills to fabricate this extension for you.

    • This dimension can be provided by email or phone a few days prior to your grill shipment.

    • Note TBD on your order if you do not have this dimension at the time of ordering.

  • No Dimension Option 1 - The shaft extension can be fabricated long if the wall size has not been determined or constructed yet. Your contractor will have to have the ability to trim the shaft down with a grinding wheel on site if this method is taken.

  • No Dimension Option 2 (Preferred) The base Clasico Insert can be shipped to you and built around. The shaft extension can be fabricated and shipped to you at a later date once your dimensions are finalized with the base grill in place.
